HYDRATE WITH CHIA WATER

Chia seeds are a real superfood. Chia is rich in fiber, oOmega 3, calcium, manganese, and phosphorus and protein. Because it is tasteless, it's easy to add to all kinds of recipes from smoothies to bread. In previous posts I have included a recipe for Chia pudding, because of Chia ability to absorb up to 10 times it's weight in water it's a great way to fill fuller without filling up on calories.

Try this drink to get you going in the morning.

1. 8 - 10 ounces of spring water.
2. teaspoon of Chia seeds
3. Juice of one lemon.
4. Tablespoon of raw honey.

Simply add all the ingredients to the glass of water & mix it all with a spoon or put in in a blender and blend. If you mix it in the glass let it sit for a few minutes for the Chia seeds to soften.

Then drink slowly.
