FIVE WAYS TO RELIEVE MORNING STIFFNESS

Most mornings it's not unusual for us to wake up with morning stiffness. Here are five ways to relieve that stiffness and get a great start on your day. Be sure to get a good night rest. While lying in bed do some easy stretches. Take a hot shower. Drink filtered spring water. Eat better by cutting down on simple carbohydrates. I hope these tips help to relieve your morning stiffness and gives your day a jump start.
