I love Chi Gong! What is Chi Gong? It's a form of Tai Chi that using gentle movements to help tone muscles and restore balance. I use Chi Gong on the days I don't do strength training. Using Chi Gong helps me center myself and helps restore my body after a hard workout.

Also I find that it helps me to concentrate and focus. Many consider Chi Gong as active meditattion because they are focusing on the body's energy or chi. Add it to your workout routine I' sure you'll like it. For more info checkout Giaim has great DVD's on Chi Gong.
