Just to clarify a point.I want everyone to be involved in the Push UP Challenge so if you can stand on your own to feet and your doctors says it's okay and you have no physical problems that would prevent you from doing a push up YOU CAN DO IT!

Even if you can't do even one standard military push ups you can do a modify push up using your knees instead of starting up on your toes. In fact you can even stand about 18" from a wall and lean forward resting your hands about shoulder width apart and do push up. The point I'm trying to make is it doesn't matter what form of push up you do as long as you do it!
