BEST REASON EVER TO WORKOUT GET YOUNGER AND STRONGER!
If you ever need only one reason to workout this is it! Simply unbelieveable! Recently I read a book my Dr. David Agus called “The End of Illness “. In his book he talks about a 2008 study by biologist Simon Melov, director of genomics at Buck University in Novato, California. Melov studied the results of six months of weight training on seniors with an average age of 70 and compared it to a control group of inactive individuals whose average age was 24. Now you would expect some gains in strength and muscle mass among the older group. But and here’s the part that really surprised them and blew my mind: An analysis of the genes showed dramatic changes. The senior’s genetic fingerprint was more like the younger people than old people!
